This Policy applies to:

Publicity and Use of Personal Information
By entering the Awards, entrants and recipients consent to:

  • HMIL (acting through Campaign India) using their name, organisation, logo, photograph, likeness, voice, comments, and preferences (likes/dislikes) for promotional purposes worldwide, without additional compensation.
  • HMIL capturing and using photographs, audiovisuals, and personal information in connection with the Awards.
  • The irrevocable use of their personal information in advertising, editorial, and promotional activities across any media, including digital and social platforms.

Security
HMIL employs industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards, including:

  • Encryption, access control, and secure servers.
  • Regular security audits and restricted access to personal information.
  • Confidentiality obligations for all personnel and service providers handling data.
  • While we strive for complete security, no internet-based system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You provide your information at your own risk.

User Rights
In accordance with Indian law, you have the following rights:

  • Access & Correction: Request access to or correction of your personal information.
  • Deletion / Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent or request deletion of information (subject to legal or contractual obligations).
  • Marketing Preferences: Opt-out of marketing or promotional communications.
  • Requests may be made to the Grievance Officer (details below).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Entry fees once paid for Awards submissions are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including non-selection, disqualification, or withdrawal of entries.
  • In case of a duplicate transaction or technical error at the payment gateway, HMIL will process a refund after verification.
  • Cancellation of entries will not result in refunds. However, entrants may update or correct their submissions before the official deadline.
  • Refund requests (in case of duplicate/erroneous payments) must be raised within 7 working days of payment.
  • Any refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment source within 15 working days.

Disclaimer

  • HMIL reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Awards in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • HMIL does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Awards website and is not liable for technical errors or third-party service disruptions.
  • HMIL shall not be liable for any defect, deficiency, or quality issues relating to any trophy, citation, or associated recognition provided as part of the Awards.
  • Except as expressly stated, HMIL makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the Awards platform, processes, or benefits.
